Shangri-la Hotel

This hotel and mall project with a built up area of approx 1.5 million sq ft area is being developed in Lower Parel in Mumbai. The clients are developing the Retail Mall as the first phase of the project and the 40 story hotel will be developed as the second phase. The hotel operators will be Shangri-la Hotels. The high end retail mall features wall cladding with options of ACP, Stone or terra cotta, spider glazing, structural glazing, entrance glazing and entrance canopy. The architects have envisioned a unitized curtain wall with the use of a high performance glass for the 40 story hotel tower.
