Imperial Towers

The Imperial Towers feature twin 61-story residential towers positioned on a knoll overlooking the Arabian Sea. The facades are comprised of composite aluminum panel rainscreen cladding systems, high performance window walls and sliding doors. The podium features high span structural glazing and all-glass entrances. The buildings are crowned with glass enclosures to shield mechanical and BMU systems under the spires.
