Beach House – Solana Beach

The design team’s inspiration was to integrate a warm dominant architectural surface that could be the focal point of the interior design while unifying three different spaces in the home. Avante Facades developed precise detailing of cast bronze, plate bronze, polished GFRC and leather cladding. In addition, a substantial substructure was designed to support the very heavy self-weight of the cladding elements. The end result is very organic cast bronze surface interwoven with bronze plate juxtapositioned to the GFRC and leather elements.
