Phoenix Kessaku

Phoenix Kessaku is an ultra-luxury residential development in Bengaluru, conceived as a contemporary high-rise landmark inspired by the five natural elements — sky, earth, water, fire, and wind. The facade design reflects a refined architectural language rooted in Japanese minimalism, combining clean geometries, balanced proportions and carefully curated materiality to establish a timeless residential identity.

The development integrates premium glazing systems, anodized aluminium finishes, warm-toned soffits, bespoke metal detailing, and elegantly designed railing systems. Special attention was given to the curved glass balcony railings, which were engineered for safe replacement and maintenance from within the residence, ensuring enhanced pedestrian safety and operational practicality.
